Putin Tried to Test Nukes - and Failed
The UK Mirror is reporting nuclear tests were supposed to be held over the past two weeks, one in the Barents sea, underwater, and the second underground, in Arkhangelsk region.
“Both times the tests were not held.”
A Russian official is quoted as saying: “The reason is that before the launch, or more accurately, before the use of tactical nuclear weapons, it is necessary to make sure these weapons are fully operable…"
I've been saying for some time that if Putin used a nuke at all, it would most likely be to "test" one on Russian soil, likely in the far north, as a "warning" to the west. Well, it appears that may have been ordered, but the nukes either did not work or were "sabotaged" by Russians who aren't crazy.
