Looks as though Facebook, also known as “Meta,” is doing whatever it can to suppress people’s posts and reactions to the debate last night. I didn’t even watch it but the social media platform is chatting up how people’s posts about the debate are being suppressed. No surprise here one bit! So predictable.
Why didn’t I watch it? I know where I stand on the issues. I know who will be voting for, or rather which party’s candidate I will NOT be voting for, regardless of who it is, and I certainly didn’t need to go to bed being tempted to feel depressed over this state of our nation. I also had a much much better option: Spend the time with my family at VBS which was incredible! I have a great church that not only is devoted to standing firm on Biblical truth, but is not afraid to get its hands dirty in attending public events to speak truth. They invest a tremendous amount of resources and time into VBS as well as other community outreach events. So blessed to be part of this church!
