This is Jimmy “barbecue” Cherizier with two of the nine children he has adopted. Both of these were abandoned by their mothers.
This video, shot by an IDF drone, shows Sinwar's last moments of life, after he'd been wounded and just before an IDF sniper took him out. Strangely enough, they did not know his identity at the time.
Besides two of his lieutenants who were also killed, Sinwar was found with cash and false ID cards. One of his bodyguards had an UNRWA ID card.
Joint statement to the IDF and Shin Bet spokesmen:
Preliminary: During an operation by IDF fighters in the Gaza Strip, three terrorists were killed. The IDF and Shin Bet are investigating the possibility that one of the terrorists is Yahya Sinwar. At this point, the identity of the terrorists cannot be confirmed, and the identification process is expected to take place today.
